Pause messages (vacation mode)
Going off the grid? Pause proactive messages without cancelling your subscription.
Need a break from proactive check-ins? You can pause messages from /account → Preferences (or just tell Lauren "pause messages for a week").
Pausing stops Lauren's outbound nudges for the period you choose — it does not cancel your subscription, and you can still reach out whenever you want. Lauren picks back up automatically when the pause ends.

Does pausing cancel my subscription?
No. Pausing only stops proactive check-ins for a while. Your subscription stays active, and you can still text Lauren anytime.
