I'm not receiving messages from Lauren
Most delivery issues are carrier-related. Here are the quickest things to check.
If messages aren't coming through, try these in order:
- Check Preferences. Make sure messages aren't paused in /account → Preferences.
- Check your subscription. If your free week or subscription has ended, proactive messaging pauses. See /account → Subscription.
- Check your carrier/filtering. Occasionally carriers filter automated numbers. Make sure the Text Lauren number isn't blocked.
- Send a fresh message. Texting Lauren again often re-establishes the thread.
