Delete your data or account
You can remove what Lauren remembers, and request full account deletion.
You're in control of your data:
- Remove specific memories anytime in /account → Memories.
- Request full deletion by contacting support — we'll permanently remove your account and associated data.
If you just want a break instead of deleting, consider pausing messages or cancelling your subscription, which keeps your history in case you return.
