View and edit what Lauren remembers
Your Memories section shows what Lauren has learned about you — and lets you edit or remove anything.
Lauren personalizes coaching by remembering key details about you. You can see and control all of it.
Open /account → Memories to:
- Review what Lauren remembers
- Edit details that have changed
- Remove anything you'd rather she didn't keep
You can also just tell Lauren in a text — "actually, I changed teams" or "please forget that" — and she'll update accordingly.
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete something Lauren remembers?
Yes. Open /account → Memories and remove anything you don't want kept. You can also tell Lauren directly to forget something.
